Q. How does this work? For the Traveler
Browse
When a traveler comes to bonMyVoyage, they can either browse from a catalog of free itineraries or generate one using ChatGPT.
Ask a Voyager
If that is not enough they can send a customization request to a Voyager listed for their city of travel. The Voyager can provide a customized travel plan based on the customization request and their recommendations.
Plan with Voyager Plus
If traveler wants a trip for a longer time or a bigger group, and they want it to be a more planned experience - they can find a Voyager Plus on the platform. Voyager plus are travel professionals who build a detailed travel plan and also help with things like bookings, reservations amongst other things. See list above.
Q. How does this work for the Planner? (Voyager or Voyager plus)
Upon receiving a custom travel itinerary request, depending on the type of request the travel planner would be expected to respond within the stipulated time to confirm the request and start the process of gathering additional details if needed.
